Policies
* To cancellations made until 31 days before the check-in date, we will refund 90 % of the price paid on booking.
* If cancellation is requested until 21 to 30 days before the check-in date, we will refund 80 % of the price paid on booking.
* If cancellation is made until 20 days before the check-in date it will not be refunded. The amount you paid may be retained as a credit for future use within a one year time period. We do not accept cancellations at check-in day.
* No-show or late check-in will not be refunded.
* Late check-out will be charged half/full day.
* Personal expenses must be paid on the day prior to check-out.
* Early check-out will not be refunded for the remaining days.
* Children is free up to 3 years old (one per room).

We are Mario & Nick, the owners of the pousada Tagomago in Ilha Grande. We invite you to come and spend a few days with us, participating in a bit of our daily lives, visiting the wonders of our island. I am from Germany and Mario from Argentine. Together, We have already a long history in Ilha Grande.
Here in Tagomago, we seek to offer a familiar and relaxed environment for you to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible while you gaze around a beautiful landscape and very green, which we strive to maintain.
